CSR, Incorporated has provided communications support to Federal clients for 40 years.

Clear Writing Support

CSR’s approach to the teaching and practice of clear writing includes plain language principles coupled with behavioral science so it's both clear and engaging. Our team includes instructors who teach courses at CDC University and are experienced in conducting risk communication and clear writing sessions.

For more than 35 years, CSR has planned and conducted more than 1,000 successful meetings and conferences, ranging in size from small focus groups and committees to national and international conferences. Section 508 Compliance

CSR follows an established process for conversion of text, images, and other media that adheres to industry standards complies with regulations and specifications for use by individuals with disabilities. CSR uses the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Final Standards and Guidelines, or ICT Refresh, which went into effect on March 21, 2017, with a final rule amended on March 23, 2018. Applicable content will conform to Level A and Level AA Success Criteria andConformance Requirements in WCAG 2.0. CSR also adhere to the new ruling specifying types of nonpublic-facing documents that must comply with compliance requirements, such as templates, forms, and educational or training materials. An accessibility report will be provided for all deliverables requiring Section 508 compliance.
